My Paintings

These are some of my latest paintings. All of my paintings are done in oil and on 100% cotton canvas mounted on plywood boards. My art technique involves applying multiple, thin, semi-transparent oil paint layers to create depth and richness. Each layer is applied over a completely dried previous layer. The final layer is a gloss, UV resistant varnish.

I standardized the size of my paintings to two sizes: 10"x10" and 12"x12". Frame sizes are approximately 14"x14" and 16"x16". I either make from scratch the frames or assemble factory made frame mouldings and texture and paint them myself. They are made of quality solid wood. I consider my frames an integral part of my art.
